At Kingsong, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
